The best photo I had in amsterdam. this place simply makes delicious pho no gimmicks, no unnecessary luxury and no endless menu. delicious broth, high quality non-soglige noodles and great toppings. bark meat is particularly good. Maybe I'd make that bark raw next time. the eierrolle is also very beautiful and homemade. owner is a friendly man from saigon. the atmosphere is on the spot.
