Barpiazza - Amsterdam

One of the best pizzerias I've ever had. I eat a lot of pizza. I had the Zucca. It has pumpkin, roasted mushrooms, arugula, mozzarella and hazelnuts.

They treat the gluten-free pizza base only with clean equipment and the pizza then goes to the large open pizza oven in the cardboard base. This is intended to support cross-contamination. However, there is only one oven, so there is also non-gluten-free pizza. But personally for me, probably because the oven is open, I didn't get any symptoms.

Fantastische pizza! Rosa genoot ervan! Heerlijke dikke en knapperige korst, en het gewone deeg is precies dun en knapperig. Grote, betaalbare pizza's met originele toppings zoals pompoen en hazelnoten. Voor 4 euro zijn alle pizza's glutenvrij te bestellen, ze worden op een aparte plaat gebakken, we hebben geen klachten ontvangen.

Gluten free crust available. Tastes good, wood fired and soft crust.

Waited almost an hour for the glutenfree pizza. The pizza didn't taste of much but they make it on tray. personally wouldnt go there again
