Dragon De Oro - Amposta

We had a good menu del dia today which was well cooked, tasty and well portioned. Two contented diners, we asked for plate 1 and 2 together as we would eat it in the UK and they were happy to do this. Moltes gràcies

I used to have dinner once or twice per year over the last several years. It used to be a good place with a correct service where I enjoyed the food. Unfortunately it got worse during the last few visits. The last Dinner experience was very simply bad. It was a Monday night, when almost all Restaurants in Amposta are closed, so not much choice. They let me feel right a way, that they did not really want to work. I ordered some Vietnamese Rolls as a starter, they where burned. As main I ordered Orange Duck. It came without any side Dishes, like rice they also did not ask if I would like some side dish (can happen). But as soon as I got it and noticed I ordered a plate of Rice. I never got it, although I asked a few times. All I got was one of these Chinese smiles which tells we don 't care better finish up and leave . To bad, I liked to go there, but now I will definitely not go back.
