The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf (ampang Point)

Newly renovated <1 year ago) place with ample seating and a popular branch. Do note it is not actually in Ampang Point, but rather about 200m away, nearer to the KPJ Ampang Puteri hospital. Good classic CBTL menu selection with friendly staff. I wish there's a light suggestion for people to clean up after themselves as many tables are left uncleared understandibly) by previous customers.

People working here are rude and give me the impression that that don't want to be here. I saw the lady assistant manager (Awatif) staring at a customer for making many orders. My own order was slow, when u asked the assistant manager about my bagel (which) i was waiting 20mins, she said don't toast it, will be faster. Then her colleague asked her did she tell me, shes like ya she did. She never told me. As of now I'm writing this. 3 people came after me has come and collected the goods and left. Keep on checking my receipt but the FnB never come. When the food came, look at the photo, it wasn't even wrapped! Its covid now!

Great customer service, cakes are fresh, coffee taste is consistent. I came here two days ago after 8pm, so many food delivery riders were waiting for their orders and walked in customers were waiting in store. they served the food and drinks swiftly without compromised the taste of the food and drink, well done!

Nice ambience except during the time we were there was a family with baby crying and interfers with the cool ambience. Staff were friendly and I can 't help but asked the staff about d free 're-cyled coffee ' displayed in the basket. They said these used coffee beans are kept for give aways to customers for body scrub or put in their cars to get rid of odour. During our visit we stopped for drinks and ordered 2 sets of Magerita Pizza which was tasty and nice.

Love love love CBTL! This place is cosy and is perfect for a quick catch-up session with friends and family. Service-wise: staff was not that friendly but definitely fast and useful. Recommendation: Pies, bagels and their nitro coffee. They keep improving their cakes, btw!
