My girlfriend and I just got done with funeral stuff all day and just wanted some comfort food so we came here. I felt so incredibly guilty for coming in 30 minutes before close and when I got there Nick was THE best customer service representative you could ever ask for for this company. He was so kind and so helpful, my order had a mishap and the cook Izzy and Nick gave me an extra fry for the mishap and It absolutely made my day. Both of them deserve a raise and props for the AMAZING customer service.

I ordered an online order before close. Which i felt incredibly guilty cause i’ve worked in fast food and trying to close and have customers is HARD. i got there and something in my order they ran out of and they were overly apologetic and gave us a great deal. there was several things about the sonic experience that could’ve gone wrong but they really made an experience worth writing a review for when i asked i think there names where nick and izzy , i will return just due to there service tonight
