Went through drive thru to get hot chocolate.it was cold. Sent them back as cold. Went in and complained and they microwaved them and said that they fixed it. It was still cold. That was all the manager would she told me she warmed them and that was all she had to do. They were cold that you just drank them straight down. Rudest manager and awful customer service.
