Starbucks - Amherst

I frequent this location often workers are usually very nice and pleasant however wait times are extremely long for drinks also the manager is rude instead of acknowledging when customers have complain she makes an excuse customer is always right and it shows that this location needs better customer service skills. Being nice goes a long way and if the manager is overwhelmed and rude that makes for poor workers and unpleasant customer environment. If they need help hire the help don’t make me as the customer feel bad because I’m asking what happened to my order Parking: Lots of parking

Staff is usually nice but this location is ALWAYS closed unexpectedly. Today was the second time I came midday and they were closed

Morning squad is great they are busy but keep the flow going! Always remember our drinks and greet us with a warm morning welcome. update : when manger is not working staff is rude argumentative and not customer friendly.
