Carrabba's Italian Grill Amherst

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was outstanding. It was my first time dining here and I was thoroughly impressed. There was ample parking available and the server was attentive and explained the menu well.

My wife and I went for dinner here, and it was such a disappointment. We used to enjoy this restaurant, but this time was different. We waited for half an hour before our order was finally taken. The service was just not up to par.

We. Were seated quickly, our waiter was there to take our drink orders minutes later! He was very helpful in selecting our dinners, brought warm bread and oil, meal came quickly and hot! We had a great waiter, love Carabbas!

Our waiter Jeremy is the best. We couldn’t stay for our food because we had something come up. He got my daughter her pizza and didn’t charge us for our salads, appetizer, drinks or pizza. We told him we would pay and he said it was taken care of. He was attentive and always asking if we needed anything. On top of having multiple tables to check on as well. I called to make sure I had his name correct. We will be calling before we come in again to make sure he is working. Make sure you give this man a raise!
