Mcdonald's - Amesbury

This restaurant is a very convenient stop. Over the years, it has featured many lovely paintings, all beautifully displayed. The place is clean and tidy. The food is exactly as expected, and I haven't had any bad experiences so far. The restrooms are decent, though a bit small, which seems to be common in many places like this. The entrance can be somewhat confusing, as navigating around the restaurant in a car can be tricky. However, I've found that the best parking spots are along the drive-thru window.

This review takes me back to the first time I ordered via a touchscreen. It worked smoothly, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. Unfortunately, it was at a McDonald's, and my digestive system does not agree with that place at all. Despite that, I ended up having the Double Quarter Pounder meal with cheese, which definitely qualifies as a half-pounder with cheese!

This is an average McDonald's located on a main road, but it stands out thanks to some exceptional customer service. A lovely lady provided our kids with activities, which was a thoughtful gesture considering we were on a long car journey. These small touches truly made a difference.
