Dunkin' - Amesbury

With so many other Dunkin donuts I would definitely pass this one by. Horrible experience and the staff who worked there definitely weren’t lgbtq friendly. (Not sure if anything changed) But I knew someone who got a job there and was not treated with the respect and decency they deserved. Definitely classless and with so many other options this location can just close its doors. No accountability or responsibility taken for anything. Plus they aren’t the nicest. I ordered some donuts and only ordered 4 and instead of giving it to me in a box he threw all of them in a bag and smooshed them. Made him give me new ones and in a box but of course he had an attitude. Well I guess that was above his pay grade. I would advice those who prefer respect and decent service to drive a little more and get coffee and donuts somewhere else.

This dunks has constantly changing staff and your order will most often be wrong, however, if you've ever seen how fast they go through the line of cars that blocks the street and up the sides i think sometimes they deserve a pass Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I go in to avoid the drivethru wait. Forget it. The window rules. Coffee? All I get is sweetner and dairy. Dunkin is for people who really don't like coffee.

I didn't get food this time. A few times, the afternoon visits give super cold snackin bacon. I will not buy it during that time anymore. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered a large iced coffee today and was handed this. So frustrating when you pay for a large and the entire top is missing. I complained and the guy at the window gave me a bunch of excuses and didn’t offer to fix it.
