Starbucks - Ames

I'm mixed in this review. I would usually give them a good 5 stars, but the last time I went, I repeated my order 3 or 4 times and it was still wrong. This normally wouldn't be a big deal, but the order I did get usually makes me very sick (which is why I tend to stress the correct versions, since I know they are close. I think the person was a new hire, so I'm not faulting her. But this could've been even worse for my friends with allergies.

Love the drinks and service but need to knock a little off the prices

The staff seems friendly enough. The coffee is decent. The music is...TOO DA**ED LOUD and is absolutely TERRIBLE. This may be the worst music I have ever heard in my life. Forget about talking with your seatmate (mine left as we were shouting to each other in order to be heard over the music much less being able to hear yourself think. Free Wi-fi though while we look for a place to stay in town if I-35 doesn 't reopen soon. Ugh.

OMG I just love this Starbucks. Everybody is so friendly take good care of you always glad to see you first thing in the morning know who you are and know what you want what a great team!! I would like to give a special shout out to one of the best employees at Hy-Vee Britta Heidenreich!! Thank you for treating me so well!! You are fantastic!!

My favorite coffee place. I spend qay ti much money here lol.
