Little Caesars Pizza - Americus

Just had one of the worst experiences! Ordered regular menu items, waited almost 40 minutes, and demanded a refund. Will NOT be offering any more hard earned money to this establishment!

I had a taste for pizza, and decided to try here tonight. Customer service was not the best. I ordered the 3- meat, thin and crispy. I was told it would take 10-15 minutes, to pull around, and they would bring it out to me. Several cars came and went. After 30 minutes, I drove back to the window to see how much longer it would take. I sat there for about 5 minutes, before she came to the window, because she was lying across the counter eating pizza. She went to check. She pulled my pizza out the warmer. No one ever came to bring me my pizza. I was sitting right there facing the door. No apology or anything. Poor customer service, and inconsiderate of my time. Waiting over 30 minutes , is not HOT N READY!!!!12/16/22 I went here again today. I got the 3 meat, thin and crispy. The cheese was running off the pizza. It was not sliced. I tried to slice it, and couldn't. I had to pull it apart. The cheese and meat would just run off the crust.The crust appeared old.The cheese or meat would stay on it. It seemed to be a pizza with no crust! It was just too runny! I'm done!

It don't make no sense that this store is so slow and they don't answer the phone

The cashier seemed to have a bit of an attitude when I ordered I also asked for napkins and she acted as if I had said something wrong then only gave me a few which was not ok for the amount of pizza I bought the pizza was ok but on this visit not so friendly service

Did an online order for pickup and the line for the drive thru was super long so I tried to go inside. The door was locked an HOUR and 20 minutes BEFORE they close. There was a woman inside sweeping already and wouldn't open the door for me even though I told her it was a pickup order. She signed for me to go through the drive through. Would have left if I hadn't already paid for my order. Drive thru line took over 15 minutes to get through. When I finally got to the window I asked why they locked the door so early and the woman at the window said they do it sometimes when they get backed up? Said they just lock it for a little while, so that people don't come inside and make them backed up inside and at the drive thru. I'm sorry but it's a Saturday night so it's going to be busy. If you're backed up just tell the customers how long the wait will be so they can decide if it's worth the wait or not. Now I know why their drive thru line is always out into the parking lot.
