Bidrage med feedbackFood was beautiful. My spicy ginger chicken was closer to a sweet and sour chicken, and my wife’s noodles were severely overcooked.
It was my birthday and I drove 80 miles to come here. I think that tells you how much I like it.
Picked up our to go order tonight, and didn’t have rice for any of our orders that it’s supposed to go with. Kind of ruins the meal. Pad Thai was dry, chicken was burned. We picked up st the end of the night, maybe they were just ready to go home. Not sure if we’ll give this place another try.
I love their food here! I would highly recommend, if you already love Thai food or if you just want to give it a try. 2024 Update Still delicious! Love this family owned Thai restaurant.
We have gone to Thai Village for years. When the AF location was the only one, the food freshness and taste were exceptional. As they started opening new locations, the food quality dropped significantly. I went last night and it was downright awful. My favorite Massaman curry didn't taste like it had any curry in it. In fact it didn't have much taste at all. I asked for salt, but salt alone doen't work. The potatoes and carrots were under cooked. The chicken was disgusting. I grew up raising chickens. When an old hen quit laying, the only thing they were really good for was chicken soup cooked in a pressure cooker. The chicken in my dish was sliced thinly and was as tough as leather. It also had no seasoning. The restaurant is an old house on State Street. It is noisy and smelly. I never minded because the food used to be good... Now it is just and old, stinky, noisy house with lousy food. I should have sent the food back. I only ate a little bit and figured I would season it at home and have it as leftovers. I pulled it out of the fridge and decided that that chicken would just be seasoned leather. I just threw it away. There are much better choices for Thai food. It is sad how bad the food has become over the years...
