Rumbi Island Grill - American Fork

The good: Ok first of all fantastic food as usual! I enjoy Rumbi quite a bit and usually visit at least a couple times a month. Good place for something different and tasty. I get coupons in the mail and it makes it quite a bit more affordable. Staff was polite and welcoming and the restaurant was mostly clean. The bad: I love their strawberry lemonade and it's a good part of the reason I go here. However it's pretty rare that I actually get it. The machine is frequently broken, empty, or otherwise not available. The other thing that really bothered me was that they refused to honor an advertised special which was three bottles of their signature sauce for 15.50 see photo . I pointed right at the sign in their store and I was told the price went up and it was the regular 5.99 a bottle. The kid at the counter said he would get right on it about the taking the ad down and previously told me the same thing about the getting me some lemonade. Neither happened as he was in too much of a hurry to get back to staring at his cell phone. All in all it's a good place to eat but they should really step it up on the customer experience side of things

I love Rumbi. Their teriyaki bowls.always hut the spot and feel like you got a nice healthy meal. I have has the a Chicken Shrimp dish multiple times, and sometimes it is delicious, and other times I have not thought it was that great. It might be because it needs the Rumbi rice to make the flavors just right, for the times I didn't like it as much we tried it with noodles or brown rice.

Wow! I don’t usually leave 1 star reviews, but this place is certainly deserving of one. The manager here yells at her staff even though she is the one that messed up my order, and they were very nice to me. The best thing here was probably the toilet water.

Eating is good. we like the bowls. they have a lot of simple decisions. rumbi’s has eat outside, inside dining room, curb-side delivery and take it for a moderate price. the service is fast.

Holy rice! If you get rice with your food, you gonna get a pound of it, that’s for sure! The service here was good and fast. The food is pretty good, not the best grilled chicken that’s what I ordered but the Jamaican Jerk sauce and Sriracha mix made it way more appealing. Don’t think I’ll come back as a repeat customer, but it was pretty good to try on a whim.
