Mod Pizza - American Fork

No. So, so bad. I got the white sauce pizza (can’t remember the name), and it is so horrible. I can’t tell what it is, but there’s a taste to it that is irreparable. I tried adding balsamic glaze to one slice, and hot sauce to another, and there’s nothing that covers whatever the bad taste is. I can’t tell if it’s the sauce itself, or the toppings. Raw onions and tomatoes on a pizza? Is that normal??Not worth it

I went to MOD Pizza for the first time without any expectations. I found that I really liked their pizza as well as a Mediterranean salad. I liked the ability to freely customize the pizzas and the prices were quite reasonable. The staff were friendly. The only thing I didn't love (personal preference) was the noise level. I might be more interested in getting food to go rather than dining in.

Staff lack a sense of urgency and overall seem dazed and lackadaisical. Some peoples’ kids.

Food was fantastic- the gentleman that took our order was great! The rest of your employees were more concerned standing around talking to each other than helping with taking payment and thanking us- just handed me a receipt and turned back around to talk… Could use a bit more practice at customer service.

Pizza was great.Employees not so much. From failure to follow health standards to being loud and obnoxious.Food is reasonably priced and they have a lot of options.But from how I saw the employees attention to detail I would worry about food safety here.Parking: Lots of parking available. It is in a shopping plaza.
