Chili's Grill - American Fork

Fast and friendly. server was really good, no mess up on our meals. Everything tasted good!!

Great location, too small inside for large groups over 6. The food was good, the service was great, and the only downfall was the inside of the restaurant was so small it couldn't fit our large group of 9 very easily. We felt very cramped and in the way of other guests. Now we know that when we have a larger group, we need to split it up or go somewhere else.

Our cups were a little dirty when we got them and they kindly replaced them. I’m really patient and I’d have to say they were slow to get us drinks when we sat down and slow to any other needs. Seemed like there were a lot of waiter around but idk how the restaurant industry works. They were very busy so I understand. I usually get the chicken margarita. It definitely wasn’t as good as other Chili’s or maybe they changed the recipe. The burger was really amazing. They cleaned a booth for us which was nice. Chips and salsa are always the best!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The server's attentiveness really added to the overall dining experience. The restaurant's ambiance was cozy and inviting, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our meal. I look forward to returning to try more dishes from their menu.

Started off with getting an entire soda spilled on me by a worker. Not her fault it happens. It was the way the gentleman treated her, very rude to her. Basically yelled. Go get towels!!! I literally had to walk to the kitchen to get a refill. Asked for garlic parm wings got a random sauce. Didn't even bother to ask them to switch it. Food was cold been sitting for hours. Got the wrong drink.
