Have the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy. Was very hungry but I was not able to eat my steak it was raw in the middle. They did not charge me. Usually a great place to eat. Great place with many menu options. My son is a picky eater and we found items he would eat. Very friendly service and family owned. Nice place to meet someone out of town to get a good bit to eat. Excellent food and service. The atmosphere is homey and comfortable. They have an extensive menu so anyone will have a great choice. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. A few weeks ago when my friend and I stopped in after golf, the special was a delectable plate of large chicken strips covered in a mouth watering sauce that gives you both a sweet and savory experience with a hint of heat, called Sticky Fingers. Sticky yes, and definitely delicious. Since then we have tried other dishes, which were all delicious, but were craving more Sticky Fingers, so asked the waitress and she had us talk with the cook. He kindly told us that he would put them on special today. Well I am here to tell you, we were very happy. Lots of delicious food which gave both of us enough to bring home and have for another meal or two. We make it a point to stop every week after golf, but I encourage anyone to stop by when you’re near because the food is excellent.

An unexpected small town gem. M&J's Kitchen looks and feels like a classic American diner. The wait staff were friendly and the food was better than expected. I ordered the pastrami burger and when it arrived it looked picture perfect (see the perfect picture attached). I sampled the curly fries and onion rings and both were excellent. Service: Dine in

As a first time customer the experience was good! The restaurant is a little run down but it has true charm. The food is great and there is a nice sense of community here!
