Mcdonald's - Amelia

The service was incredibly slow; this is likely the worst McDonald's I've ever visited!

The service at the drive-thru was extremely slow. I waited 17 minutes with just one car ahead of me!

I visited the restaurant for breakfast today, but unfortunately, the food was cold, mushy, and not very appealing. I was asked if I wanted sauce and said yes, but I never received any. The drink tasted overwhelmingly sweet, almost like syrup, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. They really need to enhance their morning management!

Ciara and Jessica were exceptionally friendly and brewed us a pot of coffee for us, even though it was late. They were very courteous and accommodating, and the restaurant was clean. The food was delicious. I was with Amber Autery and her son when she shared this feedback.

A friend of mine works at the restaurant, so I usually receive excellent service.
