Burger King - Amelia

I visited today to pick up my mobile order and was greeted by two teenage boys handling everything—taking orders at the register, managing the drive-thru, bagging food, and even the person cooking had vanished, making them run back for what they needed. Despite the chaos, they were incredibly patient and kind to an elderly man ahead of me who was deaf. They assisted him by showing him the order screen and made sure he understood how his food items were customized, as he requested. Even though they were working solo and the line was slow, they handled it all exceptionally well. I didn’t mind the wait at all. Fortunately, everyone else in the restaurant was respectful toward them. They truly deserve a lot of recognition for their hard work.

It's disappointing to see these negative reviews! I haven't visited this location often over the past couple of years since I moved away. However, I've always had a good experience here; my food was consistently served hot, and I always favored this location. It's unfortunate to see how much it seems to have declined in just two years!
