La Cava Mexican Cuisine - AMBLER

The food at La Cava is authentic, unique, incredibly fresh, and bursting with amazing creativity and flavor. Having traveled the world and grown up on homemade Mexican cuisine, I’ve had the pleasure of dining at some outstanding restaurants. While I’m not a picky eater, I do have high standards when it comes to quality and atmosphere when choosing or recommending a place to eat. La Cava remains my top choice for fish and truly gourmet Mexican dishes. It's so exceptional that I plan to fly in from Colorado to Pennsylvania for my birthday celebration this year. Everything on the menu is fantastic, but the specials and seafood truly stand out. And the crepas con cajeta are absolutely incredible! I was strictly vegetarian until I tried Carlos’ exquisite snapper with chile garlic sauce, which he debones at the table. He has also prepared some delightful vegetarian dishes for me. Beyond the food, he brings together a wonderful community of food lovers and friends that enhances the overall dining experience.

The atmosphere is delightful, and the host is exceptional.
