I got the grill plate and it was the best food I had in amberg (day 3), also the prices are very reasonable compared to the last two places. beautiful view of the city and an old church here. I have to get details of it and update. service was also very fast!

Beautiful restaurant on the hill in amberg with a magnificent scenic view of a classic Bavarian city and countryside around it. this restaurant has a beautiful seating area in the interior and exterior area on a deck. many shadows in the outside seat area and cold beer for a great visit. there is only a German menu, but the server speak a little English, so if they don't understand German they should be in order.

This was a special place to have a meal. beautiful view of the city, excellent eating, drinking and service. highly recommended if they have a special night out.

We always get the duck and it is absolutely amazing! reservations required, this place is especially popular on the weekend and on Sunday afternoon. if they have no reservation, they land in the first floor, which is not a very nice environment. in summer there is a beautiful terrace.

Our favorite restaurant in Amberg and of course has the most amazing food. Courteous servers, excellent views and you MUST save room for dessert!!
