Subway - Amarillo

This is the third time that we come to order the way before closing, and they said that they were either closed because they were from the food or computers that are down today, there was drive thru computer down there, but we could not go in and order either, although there is not closing time. Very disappointed.

Sandwich was good. The service was less than acceptable. Can or cannot go back to this restaurant. Need more help badly.

The Drive-Through Ordering Kiosk did not work, so I moved to the window to order. The employee upset and wanted me to tell him what about the kiosk and how many sandwiches I wanted. Then he said I should come in so he wouldn't have to write my order. It rained and 40 degrees, I have a toddler and baby to pull, but he doesn't want to be disturbed to take our order out of the window. Needless to say we went over the street to eat. No need to ruin my day with a lazy guy who hates his job!?

Never had such a disappointing underground experience, even if they gave me the totally wrong sandwich. Both sandwiches were either wrong or very away. Also bring back the Italian herbs and cheese bread!!!

Olives and bell peppers taste off. My sandwich was drowned in mustard.
