Cafe Blvd - Amarillo

Best Pho in the USA. I eat pho on average 4x a week. I travel so pho is a healthy hearty meal for me. I had almost all the lower 48 states from Los Angeles to NY. I imagine that the Pho at this point is similar to going to Vietnam and being invited by a family to dinner where Pho is served and that it was cooked by the grandmother with an old family recipe. And the recipe was passed on and that's what I'm sewing at this point. They have oxen tailpho and the usual. It is traditional Pho does not mean 50 million different Pho selections, as you sometimes see. But it is certainly homemade and top knotch. The best photo I ever had!

We ordered the soft shell crabs, Korean BBQ, and pho! All were excellent. Service was great and the restaurant was nice and cleaned. I recommend the Korean BBQ.

Bun bowl ....yes please!!! Me and my son for brilliant Vietnamese cuisine. New owners, so nice, I'll try the whole menu in time...

I stumbled over this place when I accidentally worked on this side of the city. The Pho combination was excellent. I want to get the woman and the kids a chance first.

My family enjoys Vietnamese cuisine and since moving to the area, we discovered Pho 84. After receiving a recommendation on Google, we decided to try Cafe Blvd Bar. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was! Like other reviewers suggested, we ordered the Saigon wings, which were so good that we couldn't resist digging in before taking a picture. The combination fried rice was also very tasty, with a perfect smoky flavor. I opted for the rare beef and brisket pho, which had a light and flavorful broth, just as expected. The menu offers a great selection of dishes, and I'm eager to try the Korean BBQ plate and softshell crabs next. If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, I highly recommend Cafe Blvd. And don't forget to visit Pho 84 as well!
