Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

The ice cream was excellent, but they really need to have more staff to handle the indoor counter. While there were four employees working the drive-thru, only one came over to help the customers inside.

I hate to be that person, but I often stop by this restaurant for lunch via the drive-thru. My go-to order is the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad, and sometimes I opt for a Garden Salad if I'm in a hurry to get back to work. Tonight, I wanted to treat my family to a Braum's dinner. The order seemed perfect and the wait time was reasonable. However, once I got home, I discovered that one complete meal was missing from the bag, and my salad was incorrect once again. I felt awful for my son, as he obviously didn’t want my salad. Since I live 20 minutes away, I didn’t want to drive back, but I think it's important for you to know about this. It might be helpful to confirm the order with customers at the time of pick-up. In the end, I ended up spending an extra $12 with nothing to show for it. Order #327773 at 6:22 PM, December 8, 2022.

This restaurant is extremely dirty. I’ve visited multiple times, and I’ve never seen a clean table. The food consistently disappoints and is overly salty.

I'm really happy to see a diverse range of sugar-free flavors available on the menu. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and it was fantastic—the bacon was perfectly crispy, and the burger was exceptional. My daughter enjoyed some ice cream, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We'll definitely be returning soon. The service was attentive, and the entire restaurant was clean. It's wonderful to have a Braum's nearby!

Braum's is a unique regional gem, as they only open locations near their own dairies. So, whenever I find myself in a city with a Braum's, it's a must-stop for me—something I eagerly anticipate. During my recent visit to Amarillo, I had a strong craving for dessert, and Braum's definitely delivered. The lime sherbet freeze, which is like a milkshake but made with lime sherbet, was as delightful as ever. Unlike some other locations (shout out to Hillsboro, TX), this one managed the crowd exceptionally well. The staff and management worked together smoothly to keep wait times to a minimum.
