Chick-fil-a - Alvin

It's alright. The food is consistently good, but every time I visit, something seems to be missing or incorrect with my order. The first time, they forgot my salad dressing, which wasn't a big deal. The next time, I realized that the two chicken patties I ordered for my salad were missing from my bag. Then, on another occasion, my baby's nuggets were not included. They are always quick to resolve any issues, so I’ve learned to double-check my bag before driving away, haha.

We’ve consistently enjoyed our meals at this location through the drive-thru, always receiving fresh, hot, and delicious food! I absolutely love the Chick-fil-A sandwich, the waffle fries, and their chicken breakfast biscuit. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A fast food spot!

Drive thru is taking for ever been in line for almost 20 minutes!! Normally the line goes quickly, 9-6-2023

The girl at the pick up window tonight about 7 pm, seemed irritated. She was doing something on her phone when I pulled up. I had my hand out with the money but had to wait for her to finish on her phone before she turned around. Then she gave money to the cashier got back on her phone with her back to me while I waited on my food. I have had better service when it was busier.

I've said much about Chick-fil-A food, service, and all. But this time, I want to brag about the best app in existence. I ordered food and paid in the most painless way EVER. The GPS locked in to the nearest store and said my food would be prepared when I arrived. That seemed weird, but my phone guided me to, then announced that I arrived, as i turned off the street. Then the app notified the store to start my food. I meandered through an exceptionally busy drive thru and had my food in about 10 minutes. The young folks working outside were in front of evap coolers and well taken care of on a VERY hot day. Highest marks for this bunch.
