Bioboerderij Lincelam - Alveringem

This establishment is the first vegan organic farm in Flanders, making them a true pioneer in the industry. The farm's products can be purchased at the farmhouse, which is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays, as well as at markets in the surrounding area. They offer a wide variety of vegetables for sale. Lincelam is affiliated with the Vegan Organic Network (UK) and the Netwerk voor Biocycle vegan Landbouw (NL BE). I recently conducted an interview with Bert Samyn, the farmer who operates Lincelam. This restaurant was a disaster. The service was terrible, the food was cold and tasteless, and the overall atmosphere was just unpleasant. Would not recommend.
