Bidrage med feedback19°21'34.07"N 99°11'23.67"W after visiting the acuario inbursa, another carlos slim gift to mexiko, we went to the restaurant dona lula. but because we were 9, there was no place for us. we crossed revolucion and went to bella lula (same owner) on corregidora, who. a continuation of las flores. it is a large room without pretension to the luxury. but we were there to eat and not see, so it was good. the menu is comprehensive and is mostly from oaxaca. that means that molecular is on the menu. actually they can have molecular negro, rojo or verde. but in contrast to tia lula they cannot get all three in the same plate. most of the group had tasajo de res con enfrijoladas. tasajo is very thin cut bark. it is similar to the Arrachera preparation (which is another meat cut) this came with guacamole, chicharron, cheese and some rice and fried beans. I had the enchiladas de molecular negro. (la enchilada is a tortilla that covers something (in this case, huh) and is covered with sauce (in this cass, molecular negro) oaxacan molecular can have more than 30 ingredients, so we do not speak of a preparation for 2 people. mayordomo molecular negro can be bought and is ready for preparation. it comes from oaxaca. my wife adds chocolate and peanut butter to make it less spicy for me. it was very good. mirta had tamales oaxaquenos. with that we had beer. the cuenta (failure) was reasonable. that was our second time and did not define our last time.
It is well authentic oaxacan. if they are not too hungry (or want to order some money botanas (like tostadas, quesadillas and ensalada de nopal. and share.
