Darjeeling Indian Timperley

My birthday dinner at this restaurant was not a great experience. We were quickly served poppadoms, but then we waited almost an hour for our food. I asked two waiters about our order, but one did not return and the other said it was on its way. They mentioned they had to cook the fish separately, but when it finally arrived, it was burnt. Overall, not a happy dining experience. I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.

The food at this restaurant is truly delicious. Timperley is fortunate to have such a hidden gem!

The restaurant is small, so it fills up quickly. However, the food and service are very good, but a bit expensive.

Having paid £14.95 for a Special Balti Exotica with tandoori chicken, chicken tikka and TANDOORI KING PRAWN' to find NO king prawns is more than a disappointment! Presumably, the cost would have been considerably cheaper if I'd ordered just a chicken curry!My son-in-law, who ordered the same meal, was lucky, as he got ONE king prawn!No, cannot recommend.

Excellent food and service. My family thought it was a bonus to be able to BYOB. Well done to all staff.
