Thank you for your decision to stop offering gluten-free bread, as it has led me to discover Firehouse Subs. They have the most amazing gluten-free sub rolls! The last time I visited your restaurant, I tried to order a gluten-free sub, as I usually do, but your staff informed me that you had run out and wouldn’t be restocking. I appreciate that choice because I’ve now had lunch at Firehouse for three consecutive days, and I'm heading there again today! Thank you so much!

It was nearly closing time, but the staff were incredibly accommodating. They prepared our food and even patiently waited for my 5-year-old to make his choices.

During the lunch rush, there were many people in line, but they managed to keep everything moving smoothly and efficiently.

The restaurant was bustling with activity, and the kids were lively. Our hoagies were excellent!

The service here is consistently quick and tailored to your preferences. I like to think of it as a healthy dining option. The prices are excellent, and the food is always fresh.
