I visited your restaurant last night and noticed a long line outside. I want to commend your staff, particularly Assistant Manager Tyler, for the exceptional job he did under pressure. He attended to my family with kindness and made us feel very welcome. He turned what could have been a frustrating experience—waiting in line—into a pleasant one. Excellent work!

I just left the restaurant, and I must say the staff was incredibly pleasant, even though they were busy. They served everyone quickly and worked together seamlessly as a team.
