This is one of the best places I've visited in the past year. The beer was fantastic, and the atmosphere was excellent. The DJ spinning vinyl added to the experience in a wonderful way. I will definitely be returning as soon as I can! Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

We enjoyed a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere on our first (so far) visit here. It's a small establishment but has a good selection of ales and some wine, etc, for the non-ale drinkers. The decor is eclectic, giving it a characterful charm that underpins the aim of its existence but also adds to the whole atmosphere that encourages conversation among regulars and newcomers alike. Definitely recommended even if we had to wait until 3pm for it to open! Price per person: £1–10 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
