Bidrage med feedbackThe prices have increased while the quality has decreased. The restaurant has great decorations, but the dessert was lacking icing and the cookie was undercooked and thin. Quite disappointed with the experience.
We are big fans of The Cookie Factory! However, we have noticed that the quality of the cookies has gone down. My favorite is the chocolate chip with pecan, but they are now thin and sparse. The same goes for my husband's favorite, the munchie bag. It's one of the few remaining places from the 80s in the mall. We visit twice a month, and I really want to love it again.
The personalized cookies are delicious and of great quality.
Very yummy cookies and they have dog treats and much more
The toffee pistachio cookies and s'mores bars are my favorite!
