Curato, elegante, piatti sofisticati e esteticamente molto piacevoli. Prezzi corretti. Ricette un po' troppo elaborate per i miei gusti, apprezzerei anche un po' più di semplicità: se gli ingredienti sono ottimi, come sono, e la cucina sa lavorare, non serve eccedere.

Amongst the best food I've ever eaten. Everything was well made, flavours matched perfectly and it was all fresh. I mentioned this to our host (the owner? , the wedges on the side of the sublime roasted seitan were the absolute best wedges I have ever had. 10/10 (well, 5 out of 5 .

Excellent food and great service. Beautiful preparation and presentation, imaginative dishes brilliantly executed. I enjoyed everything we ate this evening and would certainly return next time I am in Turin. Thank you.
