Kfc - Altessano Italia

Would not recommend having KFC in Italy. Although the fried chicken is tasty, the portion sizes seem much smaller compared to KFCs in other countries (including the UK, Malaysia, and Thailand to list a few that we have tried). It's not a good value for money compared to say, McDonald's (just a personal opinion). However, the bottomless drinks were a good feature. Service: Dine in

The quality of the site has significantly deteriorated compared to what it was just 2-4 months ago. They recently changed staff and this shows in the quality of the food and service. This has also attracted new types of customers. Many visitors, let's say, above all. Many of them with scooters and bicycles clogging up the place even more. It has become a noisy and violent environment, the exact opposite of what it was. I recently saw an African hit his friend, first as a joke and then with a much more serious attitude, while they were waiting in line for collection. A lady passing in the corridor stopped him and he almost punched her in the face in front of everyone. If you are looking for a place to relax and take a break I don't recommend it at all. The quality has dropped significantly. And if you wanted to put yourself in a place with this environment you could just go somewhere in Barriera di Milano.
