Omg best smoothie ever!!! Its so good and the lemon in it helps with my hyperemesis for pregnancy.

The employee Carla was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate her taking her time and helping me figure out what I want. I had a really great experience and will be coming back regularly.

I love going to the Planet Smoothie in Altamonte Springs. The smoothies are always consistent and delicious. The general manager goes out her way to remember your name and order when you walk through the doors with excellent customer service. I go out my way and grab my smoothie from this location as I don’t get the same service at other locations. I would highly recommend the Amazon Kick smoothie.

I usually come here a lot post workout and I will order my drink ahead of time so that it would be ready by the time I finished my workout and they are normally so quick with it. Tonight, sadly, I was waiting for about 20 minutes in my car. I would understand if it was busy, but it wasn't. One of the girls was visibly on facetime. What is the point of a call ahead order if it's not going be ready at the time it says. Again, if they were busy, I get it.
