Metro Diner - Altamonte Springs

Every time I order food from this place, it’s always incredibly delicious and perfectly cooked. The chicken is juicy, the burger is fantastic, and the Carrot Cake Bread Pudding is absolutely amazing!

The fried fish tasted like it came from a box of frozen fish fillets. It seemed like it had just been heated up, topped with some seasoning, and served with a squeezed lemon wedge. It had a microwave flavor, and the bun was also hard and unappetizing. I couldn't finish it! The coleslaw was anything but fresh and had an unusual taste. Even the French fries were disappointing—they were way too greasy! Overall, this was a significant waste of money. I have to be honest! While Metro offers many tasty dishes, this certainly isn't one of them.

The Sausage Gravy Tenders Stuff ’N Waffle was quite decent; however, the chicken had an unusual flavor, and the steak tips were somewhat tough and chewy. On the positive side, the gravy, potatoes, and vegetables were excellent, but I still felt a bit disappointed overall.

Everything was good. The chicken was juicy really fresh. And the strawberry butter was really good as well, never had that before. Everything was just good.

The pot roast, green beans and salad were delicious as usual. But the lemon blueberry bread pudding was too lemony as in a strong medicinal taste. Maybe someone used too much extract. It left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth and I threw the rest away.
