Five Guys Burgers Fries

I always enjoy the Cajun fries! The burgers are consistently fresh and tasty!

The food quality is consistently good, but I've noticed a change in their service. I always request ketchup with my large fries, yet lately, they no longer include it in my order, even when I ask for it. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the staff or something else, but it feels like this restaurant has gone from great to disappointing.

The quality of the burgers has declined noticeably. They are made with low-quality meat, and the hamburgers are tough to chew. While prices have increased, the quality has decreased.
