Bidrage med feedbackHere at the location altamonte springs. I've been here for 28 years and have parties for my children. no longer after today! there are 4 people throughout the business. we have shown up 6 families for a birthday party for my 3 years old. we were told that we couldn't sit on the big 20 top tables because somehow we are divided into 7 smaller stands, less a chaos for them creates to clean themselves. how does the party division create less a chaos? we asked to speak to the manager (lady), she was firmly on her associate decision. she couldn't explain to me how it made sense, but she was ashamed. I wonder why the place is now empty....Would several groups of 2-6 year old children in 7 separate areas vs one or two of the unoccupied larger tabelles (that are here for parties). I assure them, makes no less of a chaos. I wish I could add pictures to this review so that they can see how absurd this is. also this is my first Google review. I usually let things go, but a business that loses the sight of why they're in business must be called out. I assure them that I will spread this budding throughout my church, in work and in personal groups (all of them have made the many children parties here).
A good 40% of the games do not work properly, you save money this place is sad and dried upside note: look reviews seems like the machines always break maintenance team really has to get out, or you have to stop to comfort people and tell them that you erect the things. only the people have continued disappointment wasting money, it is very disappointing
We had a birthday party, it was a bad service that the employee worked as if she had nothing to do and had a bad job that I would not go back there
We went with the four children after school and stopped at chuckys. it was a great experience. the children had a great time and the pizza was as desired. the floors were clean and all toys were clean. I felt very comfortable as this is a very unpleasant time.
Hadnt been to a Chuck E. Cheese since we moved here and this was close to our house so decided to try it. Got in the door, hadn't ordered yet when daughter needed to use restroom. As we're coming out of the restroom an employee said they were having a birthday and we needed to leave. She was extremely rude. I've never been asked to leave because there was a birthday. I thought that was the point? As we're leaving another employee asked us why, and when I told her what was said... she looked confused and said we could still stay and eat, but after being treated so rudely I wasn't going to spend money in a place that is already overpriced for pizza that tastes like cardboard. Also, this particular Chuck E. Cheese is super tiny which I don't mind, if they hadn't been so rude.
