Burger King - Altamonte Springs

I tried to visit this restaurant for breakfast at 9 o'clock on the last two days, but unfortunately, it was completely closed. There wasn't a single staff member working, and there were no signs on the doors or windows indicating what was happening. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I won’t be wasting my time trying to come back here again.

After waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru, we finally got to the menu, only to be told that they couldn't make any burgers that night. It was 9:45 PM, and yet, somehow, they could make a burger? What a disappointment; it felt like a lack of professionalism on their part.

The wait for a drive-thru can take up to 25 minutes, and there are times when the lobby isn't even open. The place seems to be underutilized!

This burger king is absolutely the worst almost food location I have experienced. they can take 5 minutes to recognize them while driving Tge, and then have a attitude about it when they finally come to them. if they have a problem of food quality (rock hard swirl rings with molten plastic in them) they could take care of less and treat them like they have no real reason to complain. I like BK breakfast, and I give them a chance every few months. I can absolutely say they get worse every time. call their business number. it's out of service. I'm done with this place. no more chances.

Don't go here the service is terrible. How I can make an order see it pop up on screen go to the window and only pay and receive half my order is beyond ne snd then you have the nerve to tell me I didn't order anything else? I will never go to this burger King again I sincerely hope you guys go out of business
