Stewart's Shops - Altamont

The customer service at this place is quite disappointing. It seems like I have to apologize just for asking someone for help or to process my order at the register.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is fantastic, and Ms. Carmen, our manager, truly stands out. The restaurant is clean, has a fun atmosphere, and the team pays great attention to customers' needs. I'm not just saying this because I work here; I'm also a customer, and I've had great experiences. You should come and see for yourself!

I stopped by this place to grab a beer, but it wasn't very cold. I went ahead and enjoyed it anyway.

We probably visit this Stewart's at least once a day. The coffee is consistently fresh and never burnt, no matter what time we stop by. Carmen, the store manager, is incredible; I wish every retailer could clone her. She is friendly to both customers and her staff, which makes me want to work at her Stewart's. Despite being a busy little spot, you can get in and out quickly. We often come by for pizza, and we usually see Todd in the afternoon—he's always a pleasure to interact with and probably sees us too often! A few months ago, we accidentally locked ourselves out of our apartment without a phone or wallet. We walked to Stewart's, and though I can't remember the girl's name, she kindly let us use her phone and even offered for us to hang out there until we could get a key dropped off. She was incredibly nice to us during that stressful situation. Everyone at this location is exceptionally pleasant and helpful, and the store is always clean too. I love all Stewart's locations, but this little gem is by far my favorite. I believe Rhia is the name of the person who helped us when we were in a bind.
