Dunkin' Donuts - Alsip

I’m giving this place 5 stars for bad service and I won’t be returning. I’ve been a loyal customer of this Dunkin’ Donuts for over 10 years, but lately, the service has really declined. It seems they’ve forgotten that our loyalty should be rewarded with quality. If companies are able to profit from coffee, then we, as customers, deserve at least the same level of service in return. They need to remember their mission is to serve people with high standards. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have included bad coffee, incorrect orders, poor-quality donuts, and a lackluster attitude from the staff. I’m done with this place.

You already know what you want before you head to the Drive-Thru. This place is always busy, and it can create some traffic congestion.

The customer service here is outstanding, and I absolutely love the Croissant Sandwiches!
