Gasthof Untere Muhle - Alpirsbach

Everything was perfect. I'm the most critical and picky person at all, but eating was amazing, waitress was very nice and helpful. cozy atmosphere, we loved it and had a lot of fun. perfect choice, they don't think twice.

We arrived in the middle of the hotel and were greeted by the 2 owners, showed us our room, which was as expected. A large split bed, traditional furniture and TV in the corner. Many and plenty of storage space and... a beautiful snow-covered view of the forest and the outbuildings. Just a short walk from another beautiful hotel and a bar we went to the mountain and took some cold German fresh air. Later in the evening we ate in the restaurant, the atmosphere was nice, the food was fantastic and the service was first class. After dinner we played some barbars down in the basement that came complete with a private bar. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and plentiful, with beautiful coffee and a received smile from the owner. For dinner bed and breakfast, and the free bowling we paid €129. Well worth the money and the visit

We stayed two weeks in Alpirsbach in july 2013. One evening we dined in the restaurant Untere Mühle. We dined outside, the weather was good. The quality of the food was very good. The food I ordered was served in a pan. The service of...the (lady)owner was very good, She gave us some tips regarding swimming in the area. All in all a very good experience. Recommended!

My husband and I were hiking on the trail between Lossburg and Alpirsbach. We saw a sign board on the hiking trail for this restaurant and decided to try it. It was a good place to have a relaxing lunch. They have both indoor and...outdoor seating. Basic German menu my husband had wurst and I had schnitzel. Very reasonably priced (my schnitzel with french fries was just over 10 euros, and my husband's wurst with salat and potatoes was just under 9 euros). The server was friendly, although I don't believe she spoke English. You could also reach this by car on the B294 a little north of Alpirsbach, they do have parking space.
