Flying Saddle Resort - Alpine

Above and beyond service. We were in Alpine as part of a large cycling event. We had some confusion over our group's dinner plans and stepped into the bar to verify our reservation. Turns out we were in the wrong place. While we were figuring this out, one of the cyclists in our group had a low blood sugar event and nearly passed out. The staff were amazing! They brought juice, water, and bread and offered all kinds of other help. They were incredibly patient and attentive as we got her cared for, even though we weren't patrons of the bar. We did spend the night and we found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The shower was top notch and much appreciated after a long day of cycling. Noteworthy details: Fantastic service and care during a medical event.

They are expensive and the rooms are ugly. After paying 250+ a night, we asked for a simple tooth paste and they did not have any! Such a terrible service.

Terrible experience in this place. No dinner on Monday and Tuesday, no elevator for second floor and heavy luggage. And the hair dryer is not working in the room!!!

I ride my adventure bike from northern Utah up the Greys River Rd multiple times a summer. It’s about a 200 mile trip through the most beautiful scenery you can imagine. And knowing I’ve got a Supreme King Suite waiting for me makes it all the better! Rebecca at the bar was the best! She always gave the best recommendations for dinner, and kept the cold Coors lights coming! The entire staff is extremely kind and helpful. Restaurant, bar, rooms, and the view! It’s perfect!

Dawn at the front desk was one of the very best in the business. She was so cheerful and made us feel like family. She needs to be recognized. Super great stay. Dry clean and comfortable
