Wendy's - Alpharetta

Awfully employees. We placed a mobile order 20 minutes before closing in quite a short line, they were taking longer than average to create and distribute the meals. At exactly 12am (there closing time) we pulled up to the window and got zero response. When asking through the locked window if we would be receiving the order we had PAID for we got zero response from workers who could clearly see and hear us. We were quite kind and as a host at a restaurant myself I understand the long hours of the food industry so after 10 minutes of waiting and attempting to get employed attention a cook came to the window to Inform us we would be refunded. Was that so hard? Some girl at the window couldn’t have the decency to let us know the food wouldn’t be prepared instead she flashed her taser at us.

I wish there was one way to get this place 0 stars. the woman who took orders in the window was all the time on the phone and cannot get command. When I went back to confront the manager, she didn't like what I told the manager, then threatened me and refused to return my money. if they plan to go to this place, I wouldn't do the manager absolutely nothing for the customer as she stood there and did nothing. And if someone from the company sees that I really would love that you can reach me, and I can give you the play-by-play and you can go back and watch your cameras. that is by far the worst service I have ever received in any restaurant.

I felt sick immediately after eating here. The fries were hot but everything else was cold. My order was incorrect as well. I would appreciate it if a manager called me to discuss my experience.

The drive thru is moving slowly and I would go somewhere else but there's no side to get out, I am boxed in. I order Bowl of chili ? and baked potato ? with butter and sourcream. I got small butter but no sour cream. Wait to long to get my order and didn't get everything I order.

They forgot two of my items and when i called them asking about it they told me they wouldn’t do anything about this issue and hung up on me. before hanging up they told me i needed to either find out my delivery person’s information (which was never told to me) or drive over there, but the whole reason i was ordering delivery was because my car is broken.
