Wendy's - Alpharetta

For the price and the attention to detail, this Wendy's truly deserves a five-star rating. Everything is straightforward, and they accommodate every request. While we're talking about fast food, the system and the service are outstanding. Be sure to try the Pretzel Bacon Pub Burger before it’s gone! Even though it’s technically a limited-time offer, they just announced its return on the 7th of this month, and I only found out 10 days too late. I had my Pretzel Bacon Pub Burger with double meat, double cheese, and premium toppings, while my wife opted for the original version. I prefer mine, but don't tell her! It’s delicious with those premium toppings—this combination of flavors is amazing: cheese, applewood smoked bacon, smoky honey mustard, warm beer cheese sauce, crispy fried onions, and pickles. What more could you want? Just ask them, and they'll make it happen for you!

I've only been able to use the drive-thru at this restaurant, and it's frustrating that the dining room is never open. It feels like they're not motivated to operate normally. It's disappointing. Additionally, I've had issues with my order at the drive-thru; it seems to be incorrect every single time. This needs to change.

This location is not a winner for me. I hope the owners can find someone to make repairs or fix things themselves. I've never had a good experience here, unlike other Wendy’s that I really enjoy. It might just be that I've had a few bad visits at this one.

I am here at 5:36 8/27/2022 and they are closed. why do you ask? because the person in the inner is on the phone so that no commands through the running thru or inside, which is locked while it runs on the inside on the phone, no sign, no explanation, no confirmation only with its talk to wear smh I drove 6 miles to this wendy’s smh where it is displayed as open so for me all come around here!

Just plain nasty. Went for late lunch and I was the only one in dine in except the day care center in the corner. Kids were running around while there parent was working. No supervision. Dining room was nasty dirty. All tables were dirty, floors were all sticky dirty, and the flies where on everything, oh my god. The sign out side says Under New Management. Get rid of the new management for one that knows how to run a fast food restaurant.Made the mistake on going today. Dining room locked up tight during open hours. On the other side of main sign saying Under New Management it says Dining Room Open.Never again.
