First time at Pampas. Had a wonderful birthday dinner! Servers Joel and Gustavo were very attentive and made our dinner very special. We ordered the ribeye which was cooked to perfection and two sides to share. Overall, best experience I’ve had in a while and would definitely go again! Food was wonderful. Service horrendous. We waited and waited and waited for our sever to take our order. Wine took 30 minutes to arrive. Empty glasses at every seat. Once the food arrived, all was good. But FOREVER is too long to wait. We sent a note about our experience on the contact page on the website and received no response. Great food. Horrible service.
