Applebee's Neighborhood Grill - Alpena

The food was decent, but the service was a bit lacking. The staff was friendly, but the payment process was really slow. It took us nearly half an hour to check out, which makes me unlikely to return.

The service at the Alpena location is consistently excellent. The food is always on point—served hot and prepared just as I requested.

It's quite interesting: I ordered crispy fries but was served burnt ones instead. I asked for a medium rare steak, and what I received was raw and gray in the middle. To top it off, I had quite a surprise when I sent the dish back! If anyone finds themselves in a similar situation, there's a McDonald's across the parking lot where the 15-year-olds seem to know how to cook!

How are you gonna advertise all you can eat boneless wings all over social media and on their website and when we show up they rudely tell us they don't have any boneless wings left which is completely unacceptable and false advertising.

Solid COVID measures. Most reviews seem old and outdated. Food and service was solid. Got an app and meals for the whole family. Drinks kept coming. Food was hot and fresh. No complaints
