One of the oldest restaurant in Alor Setar. Nasi Majeed sells og tomato rice. The key is the tomato curry. Theres 2 types of chicken meal here, the delicous kampung chiken n the normal ayam goreng. Very very simple n humble place. Staff is super friendly. Please be aware that this place closes early so get here before 2pm. They close early.

Arrived at 8.30 am already aong queue to eat in or takeaway. Parking is limited so just find any spot along the main road. The shop is a corner lot shopot easy to spot opposite Royal Hotel. They served black beef, chicken curry, lady finger, fried fish, hard boiled eggs, fried chicken lamb curry. The portion is generous u will be so full till the evening. Dont forget to grab a pack of papadom to enjoy with your Nasi Tomato.
