Brutal Cafe - Alor Setar

He waited about 50 minutes and didn't get our food. when the waiters asked about our food, they said, and we asked twice not to eat. the price is in consideration the air asam boi for rm5 expensive. only wow. pak cik jangan kalut jaga org amik buy jaga juga org masak kat dapur tu hmm

Bad service. Need to wait more than 1 hour than decided to leave. When asked the answer given was my order wasn't delivered due to the waiter couldn't find where the customer seated. Thus they discard the whole order. Which are unreasonable and irresponsible towards the customer.

This was the worst experience ever. I ordered food and waited for 1 hour, but it never arrived. I had to go to the kitchen and ask the cook about my order. The cook said they were busy with other customers, but there were only 3 tables with about 12 customers in total. The food was served on plastic plates. I also saw a kitchen staff member smoking while making beverages. I ended up canceling my order. It was not worth the risk. I will never go back again and definitely not recommend this place to others.

Do not eat at this restaurant! I waited for about an hour and still did not receive any food. There were only a few tables occupied in the shop. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I left feeling disappointed and hungry. I suggest not going here and finding another place to eat.

The food at this restaurant is very affordable. The spaghetti is incredibly creamy and delicious, and you can add on extras for only RM5. The fried chicken is also a standout, with a crispy, fresh, and juicy taste.
