Sumo San - Almaty

Very good Japanese restaurant. the place itself has a beautiful mood, the personal is friendly. the sushi was not the best I ever tried, reis was a bit too dry. the suppe on the other side was excellent, really good. all in all I can recommend the place.

As already said, sumo san is the best sushi restaurant in almaty, with a specific environment and friendly staff. it was full in the evening, so I couldn't walk around even though I liked what I experienced. the menu is very diverse with rolls, sushi, ramen, salates and drinks.

Food is nice but service could be faster. No menu in English or Qazaq. The restaurant is fully oriented to Russian speakers only which is pretty discrimintive giving that it is located in Almaty, KZ.

Food was very good, nice atmosphere. Only downside it was a bomber quite expensive

One of my favourite places in Almaty. The food is so tasty that I always visit it when I'm in city. Love the place.
